For 45 years, Stay-Lite Lighting has provided lighting, electrical and maintenance for industrial, commercial and retail buildings. With our own licensed people. With our own brick-and-mortar facilities. With our own state-of-the-art equipped trucks. We service and maintain lighting systems, whether at one facility or many, all across the country.

Q: What your company attributes its successful growth to?
A: Our ability to expand to meet customers’ needs and the ability of the Stay-Lite team to execute. We have expanded our self-perform footprint to 12 states (Stay-Lite people and equipment). Our customers value how we perform and want us to cover bigger regions.

Q: Main challenges overcome in achieving your growth?
A: Continuing to expand our services, technology and physical locations nationally, while keeping our quality high. We are expanding our Pewaukee office and shop to accommodate the growing staff. This expansion will provide the space and layout to enhance teamwork, communication and resultant efficiency. We are continuing to utilize and develop communication technology to support a Stay-Lite team covering 12 states and partners covering 49 states.

Q: What are your firm’s plans for continuing its growth?
A: We need to continue to be aggressive. This means we will continue to expand and invest to capture new opportunities. We will also continue to seek out and hire top talent who will help drive continued success. The customers with multiple sites in broader regions want service providers to maintain all their sites. Hence our expansion model. Lighting technology is changing rapidly (LED, Controls, etc.) which requires Lighting Management Companies to keep ahead of the technology curve. We are prepared to maintain existing systems or upgrade to new technology where appropriate.

Q: What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
A: The existing Stay-Lite team surpasses our customer expectations and they thrive doing so. Finding equally great talent requires creativity and agility.
